Return Process

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
